Floor Barre

Stands for: Progressing Ballet Technique. A fitness technique that was created in Australia to improve posture and alignment for the prevention of injuries.
Pilates
First created for injured professional ballet dancers for rehabilitation. The exercises can help improve stability, coordination, and strength throughout your whole body
